Chateau de Camon wedding celebration – Jo and Jonny part two

Getting married in France can take up a whole weekend if you want it to and it does seem a shame to limit the celebrations to one day when so many guests have come such a long way. The second part of Jo and Jonny’s Languedoc wedding took place the day after their official wedding at the Mairie followed by family dinner (see here for day one) and this time included a church blessing conducted by Jonny’s mum who is a vicar, then a sumptuous reception and party at the atmospheric medieval Chateau de Camon. This was a relaxed and very happy wedding with absolutely wonderful attention to detail, from the church flowers (by the amazing Sarah Menager) and table settings to Jo’s gorgeous dress. Each day had its own ambience and energy and I felt privileged to be a part of such a glorious weekend.
