As a family portrait photographer I’m very used to lively children but these two were something else! Getting either of them, but especially Harry, to stop moving for a nano-second, was pretty much impossible. So I went with the flow and just joined in. Harry, who’s five, was so impressed with my shooting skills (the mega-blaster whatsit, not the camera) that he asked me on a date – I declined when he said he hadn’t got any money 😉
This shoot was booked by Grace and Harry’s dad as a surprise wedding anniversary present for their mum so if anybody knows her please don’t tell!
What you can’t see is that I too was wearing the body armour and protective glasses and was brandishing a blaster thing in one hand and my camera in the other…
You can’t beat a fig roll when you need an energy boost…
neil matthewsyou’re getting the hang of this photography lark 🙂

JOthey may have been bonkers but it sure looked like fun!!
Stu CooperGreat pictures Susie. I especially love the shot with the drum sticks. There is so much energy in the photos, I’m sure you were exhausted after that session!
