Winter family portraits in Golden Acre Park

Sometimes people think they should wait for Spring to have some family portraits taken. But family life happens all year round and why wait when winter is just as special as at other times of the year? It doesn’t have to be hot and sunny to make a great image. Here are the lovely family I had the pleasure of photographing in Golden Acre Park in Leeds just before Christmas. It was cold and there was a hint of damp in the air but I think that just adds to the atmosphere. Also, anyone worried about very self-conscious teenagers should take a look at these two – they thought they were going to hate it 🙂
