Lisa and Phil’s Italian wedding at Castel Gandolfo

Just outside Rome is a place made of the stuff of dreams. Castel Gandolfo is a traditional Italian town with a lovely old square and classical buildings that overlook the beautiful volcanic lake and is where the Pope has his summer palace. It’s also home to Lisa’s parents so it was natural that Lisa and Phil should get married here. The lovely Villa Elvira hosted guests from around the world, from Canada and Brazil where Lisa is from, from London where the couple now both work as actors, from New York where Lisa was at college and from… Bolton, Phil’s hometown. It was fabulous.
