A perfect Scottish wedding in France

Lori and Scott celebrated their wedding at the always lovely Bellevue, set in amazing rolling countryside near Cognac. The weather sometimes seemed a bit more typical of the Scottish highlands than the vineyards and sunflower fields of the Charente but that didn’t dampen anyones’ spirits or the photography. Their two gorgeous little boys almost stole the show but Lori took looking beautiful to the highest level. I really love the shot we got just before the ceremony of Lori and Scott on either side of an open door. They didn’t do a ‘first look’ but they stood either side of the door, knowing the other was just there but not seeing them – a really special, emotional moment.
